Every engagement starts with a real brief, not a sales call. We answer four questions before we quote: what does success look like, what is the smallest version that ships, what is genuinely unknown, and what could kill the project. The answers go in writing before anyone signs anything.
Pricing below is honest range, not anchor. Small jobs land at the bottom of the range, multi-month builds at the top. Every quote includes a fixed price for fixed scope and a separate hourly rate for change-orders. We do not surprise you on the invoice.
Engagement models
Fixed-scope project
from €4,000One website, one brand system, one marketing build — defined scope, defined deliverable, single shipping milestone.
- Best for
- You know what you want and want it built. A new website, a brand identity, a landing-page system, or a polished case-study-grade build.
- Notes
- A single local-business site lands at the bottom of the range. Multi-phase platforms and larger B2B builds sit at €25,000 and up. We give a fixed quote after a paid two-day discovery.
Build-for-you (white-label)
from €8,000 per projectWe build the site or brand system under your label, ship it to your accounts, hand over the source.
- Best for
- An agency or partner with an audience but no in-house build team. You want one of our proven patterns re-skinned and re-targeted for your client.
- Notes
- Includes one round of post-launch fixes within the first 30 days. Hosting accounts, the domain, and all credentials are yours.
Retainer
from €1,500/mo, up to €6,000/mo for a full-time-equivalentOngoing build + maintain across one or more surfaces. Predictable monthly rhythm.
- Best for
- A site or marketing stack that needs a steady stream of pages, content, and the occasional fix. Not a fit for ad-hoc tickets or pure on-call.
- Notes
- Three-month minimum, 30 days notice to end. We publish a weekly summary and keep the project board visible to you.
Advisory
from €200/hr or €1,200/dayArchitecture review, second opinion on a build, async questions, or a few days of pair-work.
- Best for
- An in-house team that wants outside eyes on a Next.js / web stack before they commit to a path, or a founder who needs a technical co-pilot for a single decision.
- Notes
- We do not take retainers disguised as advisory. If the work crosses ten hours, we convert to fixed-scope or retainer — whichever fits.
How a project runs
- 01
Discovery
Paid two-day deep dive. We read your existing code, talk to two or three of your users, and write a one-page brief that names the scope, the unknowns, and the ship date. Cost credits against the build if we move forward.
- 02
Scoped quote
Fixed price for fixed scope. We list every feature in the build and every feature explicitly out. Change-orders get their own line item, never folded into the original quote.
- 03
Ship
We work in week-long milestones with a Friday demo and a written changelog. You see every commit on a feature branch before it merges. The Studio Log on this site is real — every project gets the same treatment.
- 04
Handover or ongoing
Either we hand over a documented codebase with deploy scripts and a runbook, or we roll into a retainer. Both are fine. Either way the source, the store listings, and the credentials are yours.
What we won't take on
Saying no in advance saves us both a discovery call. We are not interested in any of the following, even at a premium.
- Dark-pattern UX, fake-scarcity flows, or anything designed to trick a visitor.
- Anything requiring us to hold customer funds, KYC users, or carry a money-transmitter license.
- Pure agency-of-record retainers where we do not ship anything.
- Hourly time-and-materials with no scope cap. We quote scope, not stopwatches.
- SEO content farms, spam content at volume, or scraping operations whose target site asks us not to.
- Enterprise sales decks. We are a build studio, not a slide studio.
Start
Tell us the shape of the problem in two paragraphs. Include the audience, the deadline if there is one, and any constraint that rules things out (platform, budget, regulator, integration). We reply within two business days with either a discovery proposal, a referral, or an honest no.
